Ex Nihilo Vineyards
We had 5 weeks to pull our wedding together. We love romancing with wine so decided that we should get married in a winery. We met with Jeff and Decoa Harder of Ex Nihilo Winery and decided that it would be the perfect spot. When they realized that we hadn’t chosen a caterer yet, they strongly suggested Cabana Grille and Anne Henderson.
Because we have always enjoyed our experience at Cabana’s dining room and already experienced Anne’s expert care and service from another restaurant, we had no problem hiring them to cater our wedding. Anne met with us and worked with us to make our wedding smooth and stress free. As a result, the food was absolutely fantastic, on time and beautifully presented. In fact, there were many comments back on how great the food was. I had no after calls for clean up or anything. Anne forgot nothing. She was even able to come out and enjoy a dance at the end of the night. I’m sure Anne emptied her business card holder that night.
I highly suggest Cabana Grille Catering.

Iriss and I want thank you for all that you did to help us make this celebration the outstanding success that it turned out to be. We entrusted to you the most critical part of Jessica and Brian’s special day and you under promised and over delivered. The venue had some difficulties – all overcome - but the biggest concern we had was the performance.
From the moment that we told you of Jessica and Brian’s vision - the 6 course Tuscan dinner is the highlight and that we wanted to enable the guests to ‘flow” between courses - your “no problem” attitude really calmed us all down.
There is a catered dinner and then there is a customized catered dinner and you and your team were outstanding.
The dinner was as innovative as one could imagine and met all of our expectations- we were in Italy in a vineyard at a large table of friends and family eating course after course of incredibly well thought out cuisine.
A truly memorable evening.
